We Survey Staffing Agency Clients and Talent

We will send email to your clients and/or talent and invite them to participate in an online 3-question satisfaction survey. To see a sample of the survey click here. The survey invitation email will be standardized, but will be personalized with the participating agency’s name and will be electronically signed by an employee, officer, or director of the participating staffing agency.

How to become eligible to win?
2014 Best of Staffing Client

To be eligible for the award, each participating agency must provide Inavero a list of 100% of the clients who were billed for services during three (3) or more consecutive months between May and October of 2013.

Plus, each participating agency must receive at least a 20% response rate and at least 15 responses per brand OR a minimum of 500 responses per brand.

2014 Best of Staffing Talent

To be eligible for the award, each participating agency must provide Inavero a list of 100% of the talent who were placed on assignment during three (3) or more consecutive months between May and October of 2013.

Plus, each participating agency must receive at least a 20% response rate and at least 40 responses per brand OR a minimum of 1000 responses per brand.

We Provide Staffing Agencies Actionable Feedback

All Best of Staffing participants will have access to their own online survey dashboard that displays survey responses in real time as clients and/or talent complete them.

Basic Package: Receive access to all open-ended survey responses but you cannot view who said what.

Premium, Plus, and Enterprise Packages: Receive full access to all open-ended survey responses and view who said what.

We Validate Data and Provide Reports

The surveys are open for two (2) weeks to allow clients and/or talent to provide their feedback on the participating staffing agency. After that time period, Inavero begins calculating a client Net Promoter Score® and/or a talent Net Promoter Score® for each participating brand. All Best of Staffing participants will receive an overall Net Promoter Score® for each brand that is participating in the competition. Additionally, each eligible participant goes through a data validation process to ensure a fair competition for all participants.

We Award Staffing Agencies with the Best Service

Inavero will announce 2014 Best of Staffing winners in February of 2014. A minimum Net Promoter Score® benchmark is selected based on the scores of the highest performing eligible brands in each revenue group. All eligible staffing agency brands that beat that benchmark will be included on the official 2014 Best of Staffing winner's list. If your brand signs up for the Premium, Plus, or Enterprise Best of Staffing package, and you make the list, you will receive the 2014 Best of Staffing award logo and marketing tools to help promote your inclusion on the winner’s list.
