The best part about working for the Drivers division is the confidence from the team that each of us can support each other when any individual doesn't have all of the answers.

I like working for Drivers because we stick together, help each other and the VP on down through the ranks know who I am.

Just a portion of my position is repetitive. Most of my tasks are slightly different creating new experiences. Not monotonous. 31 years as a state employee then entering into the private work world was very stressful, hearing stories of “ the private sector will cut you for no reason other than to save a dollar” is not what I have experienced with the drivers division. Family time is just that. I never hear negative feedback if I am out, but yet I have received genuine concern from my coworkers and my supervisor when I have had to be out because of family illness/death. Thanks

The people I work with. The comradery that has been developed over the years between Staffmark employees, the customers and the talent. It just goes to show you that when our slogan says "We are the heart between people and jobs" we mean it.
