The Best of Staffing competition is open to staffing and recruiting firms with revenue generating from one of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, or Canada from placing temporary, contract, or direct hire employees.

2. Provide a List of Contact Information
2013 Best of Staffing Client
- To qualify for the award, each participating staffing firm must provide Inavero a list of 100% of the clients who were billed for services during three (3) or more consecutive months from May to November of 2012.
2013 Best of Staffing Talent
- To qualify for the award, each participating staffing firm must provide Inavero a list of 100% of the talent who were placed on assignment during three (3) or more consecutive months from May to November of 2012.
3. Inavero Surveys Your Clients and/or Talent
We will send an email to the clients and/or talent and invite them to participate in an online 3-question satisfaction survey. To see a sample of the survey click here. The Inavero email invitation will be standardized, but will be personalized with the participating firm’s name and will be electronically signed by an employee, officers, or director of the participating staffing firm.
4. Inavero Collects and Validates the Survey Responses
The surveys are open for two (2) weeks to allow clients and/or talent to provide their feedback on the participating staffing firm. After that time period, Inavero begins calculating a client Net Promoter Score® and/or a talent Net Promoter Score® for each participating brand. All Best of Staffing participants will receive an overall Net Promoter Score® for each brand that is participating in the competition. The participants that sign up for the Premium or Plus Best of Staffing package will also receive all of the open-ended survey responses from their clients and/or talent.
5. Best of Staffing Winner List Released
Inavero will announce the 2013 Best of Staffing lists in February of 2013. We will select the qualifying brands with the top Net Promoter Score® for the final lists. If your brand signs up for the Premium, or Plus Best of Staffing package, and you make the list, you will receive the 2013 Best of Staffing award logo and marketing toolkit guide to help promote your inclusion on the list.
How to Qualify
Best of Staffing Client
- 20% response rate and at least 15 responses per brand OR a minimum of 500 responses per brand.
- Survey 100% of the clients who were billed for services during three (3) or more consecutive months from May to November of 2012.
Best of Staffing Talent
- 20% response rate and at least 40 responses per brand OR a minimum of 1000 responses per brand.
- Survey 100% of the talent who were hired into a temporary position during three (3) or more consecutive months from May to November of 2012.

Due to an increased demand for the Best of Staffing competition, Inavero will send the participant surveys in two tracks which are available on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. We will first fill Track 1 with the earliest registrants.
