How It Works

1. Register Online

Registration has closed for Best of Staffing 2012. Winners will be announced on February 23rd. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to be notified when registration opens for Best of Staffing 2013.

2. Collect Your Contact List

Best of Staffing Client

  1. Compile a list of all clients who you have billed during the months of September, October, and November of 2011.

Best of Staffing Talent

  1. Compile a list of all your talent who you placed on assignment during the months of September, October, and November of 2011.

You can include data from further back if you prefer, but you must include at least the three (3) months listed above. You will submit these contact lists to us and your clients and/or talent will be surveyed.

3. We Survey Your Clients and/or Talent

We will send an email to your clients and/or talent that invites them to participate in an online satisfaction survey for your firm. To see a sample of the survey click here.

4. We Analyze Responses

Three weeks after sending the survey to your clients and/or talent we will start analyzing the responses. A client Net Promoter Score® and/or talent Net Promoter Score® will be calculated for each participating brand. All Best of Staffing participants will receive the participating brand’s overall Net Promoter Score®. Those that sign up for the Premium, Plus, or Partner Best of Staffing package will also receive all of the open-ended survey responses from their clients and/or talent.

5. Best of Staffing Winner List Released

We will announce the 2012 Best of Staffing lists on February 23, 2012. We will select the qualifying brands with the top Net Promoter Score® for the final lists. If your brand signs up for the Premium, Plus, or Partner Best of Staffing package, and you make the list, you will receive a marketing toolkit guide (includes all rights to the 2012 Best of Staffing award logo) to promote your inclusion on the list.

How to Qualify

Best of Staffing Client

  1. 20% response rate and at least 15 responses per brand OR a minimum of 500 responses per brand.
  2. Survey all clients who you have billed during the months of September, October, and November of 2011.

Best of Staffing Talent

  1. 20% response rate and at least 40 responses per brand OR a minimum of 1000 responses per brand.
  2. Survey all talent who you placed on assignment during the months of September, October, and November of 2011.
