How It Works

1. You Register

Select a Best of Staffing package and complete the registration form for your staffing or recruiting firm. You will then be officially registered for the competition. We will then send you all of the details on how to complete the next steps. Click here to sign up.

2. You Upload Contact Information

Compile a list of all of your job candidates who have been placed on at least one assignment during April, May, and June of 2010 (the survey is sent in August). We will provide you a Excel template to include information like: first name, last name, email address, etc. We will send you some example spreadsheets that makes this pretty easy. You will receive a login to the Inavero Survey Dashboard where you will upload this spreadsheet.

3. We Email The Survey Invitation

We will send an email to all of your contacts that invites them to participate in an online satisfaction survey for your firm. They will be given a link to the online survey. To see a sample of the survey click here.

4. We Analyze Responses

Your survey will stay in the field for 3 weeks, after which we will stop collecting survey responses and will start analyzing the responses. A Net Promoter Score® will be calculated for each participating firm. All Best of Staffing participants will receive their company overall Net Promoter Score. Those that sign up for the Premium, Plus, or Partner Best of Staffing package will also receive all of the open-ended survey responses from their contacts.

5. We Release the Best of Staffing List

We will release the Candidate 2010 Best of Staffing list in September of 2010. We will select the qualifying firms with the top Net Promoter Score for the final list. If your firm signs up for the Premium, Plus, or Partner Best of Staffing package, and you make the list, you will receive a marketing toolkit (includes all rights to the 2010 Candidate Best of Staffing logo) to promote your inclusion on the list.

How to Qualify

  1. 20% response rate and at least 40 responses per brand OR a minimum of 1,000 responses per brand
  2. 60% of job candidates who have been placed on assignment in the past three months surveyed by Inavero

  4. Survey Begins: Week of Aug. 16, 2010

  5. Survey Closes: Week of Aug. 30, 2010

  6. Best of Staffing List Announced: Sept. 2010
